Meet Paola – Founder and Instructor at Solaz Pilates
I’m Paola, a former NCAA Division 1 volleyball player and member of the Mexican National Team. I began my collegiate career at Georgia Tech, earned my undergraduate degree at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and completed my fifth year at Loyola Marymount University (LMU). Drawing on years of elite athletic experience, I specialize in Pilates, strength and mobility training, and injury prevention, helping athletes, active individuals, and anyone seeking intentional movement move stronger, safer, and perform at their best.
